Job Summary

  • Support the development and administration of the CRM system for International Commercial Operations and execute the multichannel strategy.
  • Manage the relationship with the CRM supplier, ensuring LFB's needs and roadmap are met, and participate in exchanges with subsidiaries regarding daily sales force activities.
  • Prepare educational materials for subsidiaries and provide technical and analytical support to Business Intelligence and marketing/sales teams.
