Must-have
Current NYS RN License or compact license
1-2 years homecare nursing experience
Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with geriatric or disability care
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in nursing
3+ years of homecare agency experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in electronic health record systems
Experience using Uniform Assessment System
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BSN) or Associate's Degree in Nursing
