The Senior Manager / Manager in the Industry Development Division 1 is responsible for the strategic implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key programmes and policies, including the SkillsFuture Level Up Programme (SFLP) and sustainability initiatives. This role demands a strong emphasis on data capabilities, requiring close engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery, data integrity, and continuous process improvement. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the impact and effectiveness of industry development initiatives. You will be reporting to the Team Lead and be part of a team responsible to: Programme Policy Review and Monitoring Lead programme roll-out by engaging and coordinating with stakeholders to implement programmes and policies, ensuring accurate gathering and reporting of training statistics. Drive data extraction and interpretation efforts to support programme interventions and delivery, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. Review and refine operational policies, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance programme efficiency. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of programme impact, regularly reviewing and assessing programme effectiveness to inform strategic direction. Spearhead CET interventions by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sector-specific support plans. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating the implementation of improvements and driving change initiatives. Systems Coordination Oversee system transition activities, ensuring seamless data preparation, cleansing, and integrity for programmes, agreements, and courses in the Training Grant System. Lead user requirements gathering and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality aligns with strategic objectives.
