Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and extending the platform provisioning and line management of 3 teams that deliver IT services utilizing both self-developed applications (.Net and Java) and global platforms (Business Process Management, Business Rules, Content Management).
A key mission of this role is to transform today’s technical platforms into global Target Operating Models (TOM) with workforce in different countries or managed services, ensuring future-proof, innovative platform services for our business.
Establish and develop technical delivery teams across different locations, building a global engineering culture and cross-site collaboration model for a modern, innovative and efficient platform strategy.
