Job Summary
The Process Development Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to support new and existing product lines, focusing on capacity improvement, yield analysis, and leading yield improvement initiatives.
This role interfaces with design and systems engineering to coordinate new product releases, estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
The engineer defines equipment requirements and specifications, evaluates processing techniques, and supports Uncooled IR Camera Assembly and Calibration Operations.
