Job Summary

• You will lead the operational backbone enabling Walmart Marketplace's next generation of AI-powered, agentic solutions, driving the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of large-scale programs.
• The Global MP Agentic team exists to supercharge Walmart's mission by harnessing the power of agentic AI to make Walmart Marketplace the easiest, trustworthy and most intelligent place on earth to sell and to shop.
• This role involves owning the operational infrastructure that allows agentic systems to scale reliably across Walmart's global marketplace footprint, working across multiple officer organizations and geographies.

Key Requirements

• 6 years' experience in program management
• 3 years' experience operating within or alongside AI/ML
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area
• 8 years' experience in program management
• 3 years' supervisory experience
