Key Requirements

  • Current licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Minimum three years experience in hospital therapy management level position
  • Masters degree or working towards completion strongly preferred
  • Current CPR Certification required
  • Acceptable driving record and current driver license
