Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years mechanical product design experience
  • SolidWorks 3D solid modeling proficiency
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise
  • Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) management

Nice-to-have

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with value engineering initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Key Requirements

  • ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product design
  • Over 5,000 hours of experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN)
