The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure services meet residents' needs.

Assist residents with daily personal care
Use PCC for resident information
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Assist with resident mobility and positioning
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Follow established health and safety policies

Effectively communicate with residents and staff
Assist with end-of-life and post-mortem care
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
