Job Summary
The Account Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients in collaboration with the Client Services team to help drive client satisfaction and business retention.
This role works closely with internal Point C departments and TPA partners to promptly address client questions, coordinate resolutions to issues, and generate client-specific reports.
