This role requires adherence to the Integer Production System (IPS) focusing on enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or equivalent education combined with 5 years of experience leading people.
