Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance.
• Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders, promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.
