• The primary objective of R&D Operations is to ensure that all activities carried out within the R&D community adhere to company procedures, health, safety and environmental requirements, cost structures, performance targets, and schedule commitments.
• As the Head of R&D Operations, you will be responsible for the active management of product and solution technologies spanning protection, control, automation, and communication products, as well as systems and solutions supporting power generation, transmission, sub‑transmission, and distribution network applications.
