The Dow Event Center is seeking an Information Systems Technician (IT Tech) to support IT and AV operations at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. The role involves hands-on technical support, repair, and maintenance of network equipment while working in a dynamic environment that includes various events.

Job Summary
You will be exposed to a unique blend of the IT and AV worlds, along with enjoying a variety of Concerts/Sporting Events/Misc. Events.
Essential Duties Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned: Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs & Laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches.
This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Two years related experience

Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Demonstrable knowledge of Basic Routing and Networking
Demonstrable knowledge of Basic Server Maintenance and Cabling
