Must-have
Proven HR experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
Experience in HRBP/Strategic HR role
Nice-to-have
International experience outside India
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 12-15 years of HR experience
At least 8 years in HRBP role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
