Must-have
Proficiency in Python and additional language
Experience with AI development tools
AI agent design and prompt engineering
Version control and CI/CD processes
Building and maintaining AI infrastructure

Experience with vector databases and knowledge management
Knowledge of RAG architectures and MCP integration
Cloud platform and containerization experience
