Model Based System Engineering MBSE experience
Defence or complex system environment background
Requirements elicitation and lifecycle traceability
System architecture and design artefact development
Integration and verification validation support
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative multi-disciplinary team experience
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with MOD frameworks and governance
Understanding of ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 standards
Key Requirements
Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer in Defence environments
Experience with lifecycle models like V-model, Agile, or hybrid approaches
Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS or SparxEA
