Job Summary

  • Assist with the HR administration ensuring the team offers a high quality and consistent service, including the preparation of contracts of employment, letters communicating information to employees following changes in terms and conditions and any other documentation, whilst working to continually improve accuracy, processes and response times.
  • Complete all JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) requests ensuring our internal SLAs and processes are met.
  • Complete employee records in all the systems (Enboarder, Workday, Culture Amp).
