Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years multifamily and retail accounting experience
  • Supervisory experience managing 4-6 accountants
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • SSAE 16 SOC1 or SOX control platform experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Forensic data analysis skills
  • Yardi and MRI software familiarity
  • Client services or consulting background
  • Project management capabilities
  • External audit support experience

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Multifamily and Retail accounting
