Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 to 15 years on-site construction management experience
Hands-on expertise in façade, cladding, waterproofing
Management of architectural subcontractors and trades
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit software
Experience with QA/QC program management
Nice-to-have
Data center or mission-critical project experience
CONQUAS or equivalent QA framework knowledge
Thai language proficiency strongly preferred
Chinese language skills as an advantage
Autodesk ACC, MS Project, or Power BI proficiency
Key Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
Proven hands-on site experience coordinating multiple subcontractors
