Job Summary
The Flow Cytometry Clinical Lab Scientist will be the SME for the department, completing all aspects of flow cytometry daily activities including sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and data analysis.
Employees are responsible for following all Company policies and procedures, including adherence to regulatory standards such as CAP, CLIA and OSHA, including safety standards.
The role requires knowledge of Flow Cytometry principles and techniques, strong pipetting skills, and the ability to maintain, operate, and troubleshoot all equipment within the department.
