Job Summary
The APP will work collaboratively with pediatric hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to children and adolescents with Sickle Cell disease.
This position will support the clinical activities of the Sickle Cell Center in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, providing direct patient care for the Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinics in Augusta and outreach areas.
The duties include but are not limited to: performing patient evaluations, reviewing medical history, developing and executing treatment plans, and obtaining lab and ancillary results; traveling to outreach clinic locations in the state of Georgia to serve Sickle Cell patients throughout the state.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in nursing or accredited Physician's Assistant program

2+ years of experience as PA or NP with prior procedure experience
