  • Manage and administer company-sponsored employee benefit plans, including their applicable policies and procedures, and partner with team members to align benefit strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee assigned benefit plan vendor relationships, understand utilization/financial analysis, and partner with various teams for implementation, administration, and communication of benefit plan changes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal laws such as ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, working with legal counsel to develop required documentation and notices for assigned benefit plans.
