Manage and administer company-sponsored employee benefit plans, including their applicable policies and procedures, and partner with team members to align benefit strategy with business goals.
Oversee assigned benefit plan vendor relationships, understand utilization/financial analysis, and partner with various teams for implementation, administration, and communication of benefit plan changes.
Ensure compliance with federal laws such as ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, working with legal counsel to develop required documentation and notices for assigned benefit plans.
