Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, maintaining room readiness, and ensuring strict adherence to privacy and safety protocols.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
