Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 5+ years HRBP experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
  • Manager or director-equivalent scope experience
  • Deep knowledge of Hawai'i and Federal laws
  • Valid driver’s license
