Job Summary

• The Alarm Monitor is required to receive and respond to all personnel, radio calls, medical emergencies and serious incidents via telecommunication devices, radios, and monitors Closed-Circuit Television (CCTVs).
• Receiving, analyzing & prioritizing 911 calls as well as non-emergency phone calls for DACP Police, Fire, and EMS service.
• This position falls under the local Union and comes with: medical, vision, dental, STD and life insurance, PTO–120 hours per year, accrued at 4.62 hours per pay period, Sick leave–One (1) hour of accrual for every thirty (30) hours worked, Paid Holidays-Eleven (11) per calendar year, 401K, and an employee stock option plan.
