Job Summary
This role serves as the strategic owner of end-to-end capital sales management for targeted accounts in the assigned geography, primarily responsible for identifying and targeting new accounts and competitively selling the DUALTO™ System.
Core responsibilities include partnering with US Marketing and Field Sales to build strategic targeting plans, presenting realistic sales forecasts, building strong DUALTO™ brand relationships, and structuring/negotiating capital deals.
The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of proven experience with capital sales strongly preferred, and the ability to travel extensively up to 75%.

Salary
Base: $114,000.00 - $182,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for participation in sales incentive compensation program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan, savings plan, long-term incentive program
