This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $107,000/yr, with eligibility for bonus programs and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and a 6-week paid sabbatical after 10 years of service.
Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, and may have frequent exposure to outside elements.
