Job Summary
The CRM Security and Deployment Coordinator is in charge of all profile and permission set configuration for Salesforce in support of both the Advancement and University-wide CRM system.
This position is the primary system administrator for the university’s CRM system as well as the integrated tools and oversees the installation and configuration management/testing of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated with the CRM.
Strong relationships are required with faculty, students, academic technologists, and University Information Services staff to ensure the effective use of CRM tools to enhance collaboration.
