The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
The role involves administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care plan assessment, and budget reporting functions.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, including infection control and safety regulations.
