Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy policies to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident information.
