The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors, answer telephones, and provide general administrative and clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include checking visitors in, scheduling appointments, maintaining meeting room bookings, and handling mail, with no clinical involvement.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with previous administrative experience being preferred.
