Job Summary

  • As Chief Engineer, you'll provide operational management and effective daily leadership for the engineering team, ensuring machinery and systems operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while achieving the goal of 100% uptime.
  • You'll implement and manage equipment inspection and monitoring programs, define maintenance best practices to improve mechanical equipment uptime, and continuously evaluate current maintenance, operations, and reliability methods to enhance effectiveness and maximize performance.
