Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • At times when you are not out on appointment with a resident, you will be on the floor working as a caregiver.
  • Must be comfortable driving a company van to take behavioral residents to medical appointments.
