Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in energy management, building operations, or facilities management
  • Strong understanding of building systems
  • Proficiency in energy analysis software and utility data management platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP, or similar credentials
  • Experience with commercial real estate portfolios
  • Knowledge of utility rate structures and energy procurement strategies
  • Familiarity with IoT and smart building technologies
