Ability to produce detailed estimates from first principles
Qualified in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
Nice-to-have
Membership of RICS / CIOB / A. Cost E.
Chartered status or working towards it
Experience in large project environment
Staying abreast of technical developments
Key Requirements
High standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
Previous experience in estimating and/or QS services
Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status
Working towards chartered status if not yet achieved
