Job Summary

  • Our Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our practice—they are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone, answer a multi-line phone system and assist clients efficiently.
  • Evening shifts are required and must be available to work Saturdays as needed.
