Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
  • The manager will work directly with factory direct customers to support quoting, order entry, and general service needs while enhancing the overall Customer Experience.
  • This role requires adherence to strict safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulations alongside Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.
