Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Solar PV system design using PVSol or PVSyst
HV/LV electrical system design expertise
Review of EPC contractor designs for compliance
Single line diagram and cable sizing skills
Knowledge of BS 7671 wiring regulations
Experience with CAD software for SLDs
Nice-to-have
Charteship in chosen institute
Ability to work independently and diligently
Strong rapport building with clients
Familiarity with CDM regulations
Experience with BESS and Hydrogen projects
Key Requirements
BEng/MEng Electrical Engineering Degree
Valid Driver's license for remote site access
Proven track record in renewable energy project design or construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
