Job Summary

• The Boathouse Dock hand is responsible for assisting with all boathouse services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures; maintains a clean and safe dock area, assists guests safely getting in and out of boats, and secure company property.
• Maintain a safe environment at the boating area, following appropriate procedures and guidelines, and assist with docking of boats and safely help customers on and off rental equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, while directing customer issues to supervisor or unit manager and maintaining awareness of safety issues and reporting them immediately to your manager.
