Lead the engineering and development activities within the Operational Technology (OT) organization to deliver system and automation improvements that enhance terminal performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Oversee the full system engineering lifecycle from concept development and demand intake through requirements definition, contracting, development, testing, and delivery of new capabilities.
Build, lead, and develop a cross-functional team of System Development Engineers and Automation Development Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational collaboration.

Key Requirements
