Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to the Office of the Chaplain staff and Religious Life Professionals.
Responsibilities include processing incoming/outgoing materials, data entry, filing, mailings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking office supplies, and assisting with the Chaplain’s Emergency Fund.
The role also involves Workday task support, onboarding new staff, event organization, travel scheduling, and routine communications tasks.
