The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Employees must accurately document care provided in charts and report any changes in resident condition or incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education required
Current CNA certification in California
