Job Summary
Train, and supervise concessions staff and maintain correct stock levels utilizing prior sales history.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving and ensure health codes and liquor laws are followed.
Works with other supervisors on the distribution of all products to stands and bars and ensures all POS systems are in proper working condition prior to the event.
