The Sr. Commercial Banker is responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of ESOP-owned businesses within the Western Michigan footprint, expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business across the greater Southwestern and Eastern Michigan marketplace.
Increase the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new ESOP-owned business relationships, nurture existing client relationships by assessing and meeting client’s business and personal needs, and negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products.
