The Patient Services Associate serves as a specifically trained member of the unit-based care team providing both clerical and patient care support within the Behavioral Health Service Line Child Diagnostic Unit.
Employees must successfully complete a UAMS-sponsored conflict management training to identify, prevent, and mitigate disruptive behaviors using non-escalation and de-escalation methods within six months of hire.
