Job Summary

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and play a key role in shaping hiring strategy, driving end-to-end recruitment processes, and continuously improving best practices.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent across EMEA as well as the Americas and APAC.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
