Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients, answering incoming telephone calls, providing general information, checking patients in and out, communicating with internal and external customers, scheduling appointments, entering and tracking referrals, filing, scanning/indexing documentation, and assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
