Job Summary

• Be a strategic business partner for Specialty Care business franchise and other corporate functions in Sanofi China, actively be involved in the design of collaboration, commercial or business strategies and business models for foundation business.
• Anticipate and digest relevant new legislations and enforcement trends, communicate with government authorities to understand the most recent regulatory development, and advise business team on the legal interpretation and opportunities for the company’s operations and business strategy.
• Perform in newly-established provincial Access platforms, Legal structuring, risk assessment, and ongoing counsel on novel business models that sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, data usage, and regulatory compliance.
