Physical ability to climb 300ft towers
Conduct daily field walks and weekly climbs
Execute event analysis and investigations
Manage fall protection and LOTO programs
Facilitate site safety meetings and orientations

Formal training in Taproot or Apollo methodology
AHA First Aid CPR AED Trainer certification
Tech Safety Lines Trainer certification

Key Requirements
